Nous consid\u00e9rons la durabilit\u00e9 comme une exigence essentielle \u00e0 remplir pour at\u00adteindre nos objectifs. Depuis sa cr\u00e9ation, SWICA s\u2019est fix\u00e9 comme principe de se positionner comme une organisation r\u00e9\u00adso\u00adlu\u00adment ax\u00e9e sur la recherche de solu\u00adtions et sur une qualit\u00e9 de service sup\u00e9rieure. Le pr\u00e9sent rapport est \u00e9tabli selon les normes de la Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) et int\u00e8gre les directives de la Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD). Perspectives 2025<\/h4>\n

En application des directives TCFD, les lacunes sont identifi\u00e9es dans le sys\u00adt\u00e8me actuel, et des mesures adapt\u00e9es sont d\u00e9finies. Ainsi, nous int\u00e9grons tou\u00adjours davantage les risques et les opportunit\u00e9s li\u00e9s au climat dans nos r\u00e9\u00adflexions stra\u00adt\u00e9\u00adgiques, afin de renforcer la r\u00e9silience et la durabilit\u00e9 de notre entreprise. Nous devons par ailleurs affiner nos objec\u00adtifs et nous assurer que nos mesures ont un effet optimal.<\/p>\n

Nous aspirons \u00e9ga\u00adle\u00adment \u00e0 avoir une incidence durable sur l\u2019envi\u00adron\u00adne\u00adment et la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Nous consid\u00e9rons claire\u00adment les interactions entre l\u2019humain et l\u2019environnement comme un \u00e9l\u00e9ment impor\u00adtant pour la sant\u00e9 de nos clientes et clients ainsi que de nos colla\u00adbo\u00adra\u00adtrices et colla\u00adbo\u00adra\u00adteurs, et nous sommes d\u00e9sireux de r\u00e9aliser des progr\u00e8s\u00a0 significatifs dans ce domaine. Dans ce sens, le projet SWICA Terra Vital<\/a> sur l\u2019agriculture r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ratrice, lanc\u00e9 conjoin\u00adte\u00adment avec le WWF, contribue \u00e0 la bonne sant\u00e9 des humains et \u00e0 la pr\u00e9\u00adser\u00adva\u00adtion de la nature.<\/p>\n
