Anche le oppor&shy;tu&shy;nit\u00e0 di svi&shy;luppo per tutto il per&shy;so&shy;nale hanno un ruo&shy;lo cent&shy;rale, come dimostra l\u2019ampia gam&shy;ma di pro&shy;grammi di formazione
